Plan for Every Part (Temporary Position)

**What you will do**:
- Verify all material receipt forms
- Using tools as metric type and weighbridge, verify all dimensions and weights for every part
- Using scanners to verify all labels from suppliers that accomplish with JCI requirements
- Identify all the different packaging’s (returnable and no returnable)
- Calculate and identify with the supervisor the optimum area for the warehouse area
- If any information from the previous steps is missing, needs to be communicated properly and complete it
- Document work instructions for the proper follow
- up for maintaining Plan for every part.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
