Job Description
**Summary:**
This position is within the National Ancillary Contracting Team. The role involves efficiently managing contract reviews, resolving related issues, and ensuring compliance with all loading instructions, policies, and procedures. It requires proactive identification of process gaps, collaboration across multiple business systems and teams, and support of team training and workload balancing. The position also includes addressing pended claims and providing ongoing feedback to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform contract reads and work on any fall-out issues from the contracts.
+ Understand and follow all loading instruction, policy and procedure documentation. Continually identify and escalate process gaps and opportunities for process efficiencies across documentation to avoid negative customer impacts.
+ Loads in HCPM, Facets, Proclaim & PWB.
