Job Description
The successful **Plane Captain** performs aircraft handling, servicing, daily and turn around inspections as required. Provides pre-operational inspections and fuels ground support equipment, technical assistance, guidance and instruction to employees in the Aircraft Washer and Plane Captain Helper classifications.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Aircraft Washer and Plane Captain Helper classifications.
+ Performs daily and turn around inspections as required to the applicable procedures.
+ Initiates and completes applicable maintenance forms.
+ Performs Aircraft fuel sampling/servicing as required IAW established procedures.
+ Launches and recovers aircraft.
+ Serves as aircraft taxi director during launch and recovery operations.
+ Tows aircraft and act as aircraft brake rider when required.
+ Ties down and covers aircraft utilizing established procedures.
