Planner (5 Days)

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and release daily and weekly production schedule for sections.
• Review all machines allocation to ensure that production is running at minimum cost and maximum efficiency.
• Monitor daily production output to ensure that production plan is achieved so as not to jeopardize shipment to customers. Liaise with all factories section production personnel
• Take immediate action when output slips and prepare recovery plan for customers.
• Assist other Production Planner with planning activities.
• Ensure that parts are shipped/ sent to internal or external customers on schedule.
• Analyzes, interprets construction bills of material and maintain it into system.
• Liaise closely with purchasing to ensure availability of raw materials, components and packaging material for production usage.
