Planner Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Planner in preparing and updating daily and weekly production schedules by loading Manufacturing Orders (MOs) into machine.
• Issue and track Manufacturing Order, Material Document, and related production documents.
• Monitor production progress and update Planning Module or spreadsheets accordingly.
• Coordinate with shop floor, supervisors, and stores to ensure materials and jobs are ready.
• Record production output, delays, and basic planning data accurately. Report to Planner if any deviation to the production schedule is found.
• Raise PO for purchased raw material when the raw material is not enough to support operation after review with Planner; support inventory checks and material availability follow-ups.
• Update and distribute daily work orders to various production sections.
