Job Description
Responsible for assisting with the development, improvement, and implementation of systems and processes aimed at streamlining our abilities to support our dealer network.
The Sr. Planner will work with the Manager in support of Nissan’s dealers and other internal and external stakeholders in achieving best-in-class support, processes and systems, specifically in regards to dealer parts returns and core part remanufacturing processes.
Job functions
Reports direct to Manager - Core Return and Parts Development Manager
Provides dealer support and management of functions including precious metal recycling, core management, obsolete overstock, electronic exchange, and battery recycling
Provides data analysis through data reporting sources and Core Return parts system
Manages the daily activities for processing core returns and issuing credits to dealers using various internal systems, including SAP, NMPS, and Nissan’s EPC.
