Position

We are looking for a Planner to support planning and scheduling activities for EPC projects in the electrical and electromechanical sector (substations). The role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling EPC project schedules, ensuring that timelines and resources are managed effectively and in line with contractual and company objectives.

You will report to the Project Control function and work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain the project master schedule using MS Project and/or Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones.
  • Define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and set up progress measurement and reporting procedures according to contract requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analysis.
  • Work with Engineering and Document Control to keep the EDMS updated and aligned with the engineering schedule.
  • Support the Procurement team with the Procurement Status Report (PSR) and schedule updates.
  • Collaborate with Construction to maintain the construction schedule.
  • Coordinate with Cost Control to align time and cost data.
  • Take part in internal and external progress meetings, providing schedule analysis and proposing corrective actions where needed.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a planner or project engineer on EPC or complex industrial projects.
  • Good understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integrated project control tools (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, EDMS).
  • Understanding of progress calculation methods and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Ability to analyze critical paths and schedule risks.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Good written and spoken English.
