Production & Capacity Planning

• Develop, implement, and maintain production plans that align with demand forecasts and available capacity.
• Coordinate across production, engineering, and supply teams to balance workloads and priorities.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to mitigate disruptions or delays.

Demand Forecasting

• Review and refine forecasts regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Lead the demand forecasting process using sales input.

Material & Inventory Planning

• Manage material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely supply of raw materials and components.
• Work with Procurement to address supply constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaison between Production, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, to align plans and resolve issues.
