Planner (Order Management)

Responsible for order management planning, monitoring its execution in the purchasing and production scheduling, communicate across the interrelated functions for planning execution.

Main Responsibilities and Authority

Release production order daily based on order priority, capacity and material availability.

Review production capacity plan against forecast and actual demand, work closely with production team to fulfil dynamic demand.

Have flexibility and responsiveness on analysis material availability / shortage for urgent request or big orders and provide shipment plan to customers.

Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) and meet all the company’s KPI.

Support NPI or other company projects

Ensure implementation, adherence, and participation to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.

To continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
