We are seeking a skilled Planner with experience in reading engineering blueprints and planning materials according to manufacturing standards. You will maintain accurate information in the MRP system, including item attributes, Bill of Materials, production routings, and customer and production schedules. Your role will involve monitoring MRP, shortage lists, and related indicators to ensure 100% material availability and a high inventory turn rate, guaranteeing on-time customer delivery.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain master schedule and manage entry.
+ Evaluate purchased part material requirements and plan supply.
+ Release internal production work orders.
+ Coordinate cross-functional activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering to ensure smooth material flow.
+ Implement Engineering Change Notices.
+ Replace materials timely due to non-conformance or scrap.
