Position ObjectiveEnsure that the supply of materials meets the production schedule and minimum stock levels to assure assembly line continuity and deliver efficient solutions that meet production needs while protecting financial and ODC indicators.
Roles & Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships Developed internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meets requirements. Aubcase
- Ensure parameters accuracy in SAP for all materials assigned according to the Planning Strategy.
- Ensure shipping compliance and monitor due dates according to internal guidelines.
- Perform MD06 daily maintenance and set actions needed for exception codes.
- Ensure timely, accurate and pertinent escalation of risk in the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain close and constant communication with key support areas.
- Take ownership of material planning issues that arise including over‑ or under delivery.
- Supervise planning risks and ensure contingency plans are in place.
- Design, develop, and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency including financial budgets.
- Support and understand production challenges; implement action plans to secure manufacturing operations.בא
- Support continuous improvement initiatives internally.
- Monitor inventory of all materials assigned and inventory record accuracy.
- Address inaccuracies with logistics team and participate in root‑cause analysis for incidents.
- Take overall responsibility for obsolescence and overstock governance.
- Complete chargeback process to suppliers according to internal guideline for planning issues.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective solutions under a BRP benefit mindset.
- Ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are made on time based on the original MRP schedule.
- Work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand is met in case of capacity constraints.
- Work closely with the Purchasing team in a hand‑to‑hand effort to fulfill production requirements.
- Maintain standard work activities daily with accuracy and maintenance.
- Follow BRP values and behaviors.
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.

- Solution design, development and implementation
Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or a similar field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Material Planning Process or Logistics (Similar roles).
Languages- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal

- French or German is an advantage.
