Job Summary

The “Planner Scheduler” will be based in Flex Bukit Minyak.

This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.

  • Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.

  • Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations

  • Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).

  • Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand,...
