Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create production orders for production builds.
  • Monitor material availability and lead times to prevent production or delivery delays.
  • Issue picklist to warehouse and keep track the materials readiness until it reached production floor.
  • Monitor production build status.
  • Close production order and coordinating shipments to meet customer on-time delivery (OTD) requirements
  • Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Follow established work schedules and process flows.
  • Provide input for continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.
  • Perform any other tasks (example stock count) and duties essential to achieving the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
