Responsibilities
- Create production orders for production builds.
- Monitor material availability and lead times to prevent production or delivery delays.
- Issue picklist to warehouse and keep track the materials readiness until it reached production floor.
- Monitor production build status.
- Close production order and coordinating shipments to meet customer on-time delivery (OTD) requirements
- Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Follow established work schedules and process flows.
- Provide input for continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.
- Perform any other tasks (example stock count) and duties essential to achieving the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
