Planner

Our client, a global leader based in America, specializes in materials, networking, and lasers for the industrial, communications, electronics, and instrumentation markets. They are currently seeking a Planner for end-to-end order and inventory management, including backlog tracking, production scheduling, material coordination, RMA handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and effective demand fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Liaising closely with Inside Sales providing status of Backlog, Schedule start and completion dates of orders in weekly build plan
• Follow up sales orders to closure until shipment is confirmed
• Maintain planned orders in Oracle. Establish and maintain order priority
• Track work order performance (yield/ output). Report and publish any exceptions immediately to superior
• Implement EOL list and coordinate product conversions with engineering
