About the job Planner (Weekend Support Role)

Weekend Support Shift

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Shift 1: 7am 3pm (WedFri in office, SatSun WFH)
Shift 2: 3pm 11pm

Responsibilities

  • Managed key customer supply accounts, resolving all planning and delivery issues as the primary contact.
  • Achieved high customer satisfaction through professional, rapid resolution of all service inquiries.
  • Communicated production/delivery status via regular reporting and ad-hoc updates to maintain customer transparency.
  • Analyzed supply chain performance metrics and led root cause analysis to address target variances.
  • Participated in continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance.
  • Ensured on-time delivery by monitoring and aligning production schedules with customer order requirements.
