The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Planner to join our team in Loyang Crescent, Singapore (or remotely). This is a key role responsible for identifying project risks, optimising timelines, and ensuring effective resource allocation. This position is to support our current project and will be offered as a short‑term contract role, running until April 2026.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Project schedules using planning tools such as MS Project and other industry recognised tools
  • Create WPS as per the Master Document Register
  • Monitor Project progress, prepare progress reports, S Curves and lookahead Plans
  • Co‑ordinate with other Project disciplines eg Procurement, Cost Control, Engineering
  • Analyse and Report on critical paths, schedule trends and performance vs planned
  • Participate in Project meetings with Client
  • Support any Project Change evaluations and impact to Schedule

Requirements

  • Min 8 yr Previous Project Planner role in a Offshore Oil and Gas Contractor or Operating Company
  • Have a working knowledge of EPIC Project works and disciplines, preferrable on Offshore Installation related projects
  • Ability to communicate planning information clearly to other disciplines
  • Recognised Certification in Project Planning and Control
