- Develop and report daily and weekly schedules based on the monthly production plans.
- Develop clear and precise capacity analysis for respective work area(s) based on APO charts.
- Coordinate and manage schedule changes, priorities, backlog analysis, ship schedule analysis, and raw materials analysis to support schedules.
- Monitor performance to schedules and resolve issues through daily interface with peers, customers, production supervisors, and subordinates.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of the scheduling process; recommend process improvements.
- Develop and monitor adherence to the inventory plan for his/her respective business unit.
- Create schedules for new products introductions and ECN changes, pilots and prototype runs.
- Interface with customers and the Corporate Business Planning Group to ensure success of the plan.
