Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and execute strategic plans for simulator scheduling and optimal instructor allocation, aligned with business and customer needs.

+ Analyze training demand and propose solutions to optimize resource utilization.

+ Monitor key performance indicators (utilization, efficiency, customer satisfaction) and generate reports to support decision-making.

+ Lead and identify opportunities for process improvement and methodologies.

+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of materials, instructors, and equipment according to established schedules.

+ Implement technological tools and innovative processes to enhance planning and customer experience.

+ Lead resolution and responsible for resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
