What you will do

  • Data Analysis : Gather and analyze data to support planning activities.

  • Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations.

  • Process Evaluation : Evaluate current planning processes and recommend improvements.

  • Collaboration : Work with finance, operations, and other departments to align planning activities.

  • KPI Monitoring : Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Strategic Planning : Assist in developing annual/long-term strategic plans.

  • Scenario Analysis : Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting.

  • Model Maintenance : Maintain and update planning models and tools.

    • About You

    Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering/Technology (in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil. Electrical, Production, industrial, plastic, petrochemical, electronics are preferred) with GPA
  • 3-7 years in data analysis and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
