BSI Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Onboarding & Audit Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the seamless delivery of our certification services. In this role, you will be the crucial link between Sales, Operations, Auditors, and Clients—managing client onboarding, contract verification, and end-to-end audit scheduling.
You will oversee client data management in SAP and Point Global, verify contract accuracy, and coordinate audit scheduling aligned with certification requirements. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, auditor utilization, compliance, and operational excellence.
Reviewing and verifying client contracts in Salesforce in collaboration with Sales teams.
Managing complete client onboarding processes including data entry, certificate creation, and client portal access.
