Position Summary

: The Planning and Development Coordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of private land development and restoration projects—from due diligence through implementation—ensuring alignment with DF Development’s sustainability mission. This role combines project management, environmental planning, and GIS analysis to guide projects that balance ecological restoration with long-term land stewardship. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about land, nature, and conservation-driven development.

This is an on-site 5-days a week position seated at our Fort Worth office. 

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead land development and restoration projects from acquisition through completion, coordinating with surveyors, civil engineers, planners, and environmental consultants.
