  • Having experience in construction of Multistoried Buildings,

  • Housing Projects, and having in depth knowledge in R.C.C. Structural works, Architectural finishing works,

  • Pilling (Bore pile/Driven pile) works, Podium, plumbing & sanitation & firefighting, Rate analysis,

  • Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one line process & also experience epc/construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.

  • Billing Procedures From Client & Contractor Side

  • Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items

  • Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in Billing & MIS Generation.

  • Preparation of Deviation Extra item


 


Salary: INR 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
