Planning / Client Billing Engineer

The Planning / Client Billing Engineer will manage project schedules and client billing activities for the company’s EPC projects. The role includes preparing schedules, monitoring progress, preparing bills, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. The candidate will work closely with the site, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling:

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop progress measurement tools such as S-curves and dashboards.
• Track project milestones and highlight delays or risks.

Billing & Documentation:

• Prepare and verify client bills based on site progress.
• Support variation orders/ claims.
• Maintain proper documentation for billing and audits.

Reporting & Coordination:
