JOB TITLE: Planning Coordinator

BUSINESS UNIT / DEPARTMENT: Operations

LOCATION: Middlesbrough

REPORTS TO: Supply Chain Manager

Role Purpose

To support the Supply Chain Manager by ensuring the maximisation of team productivity within agreed SLAs and administrative support where directed.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

  • Proactively contribute to the success and performance of the business by establishing strong relationships with other key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Deliver accurate workforce planning to ensure that SLAs can be achieved within the region.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and colleagues.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders regarding the progression of planned jobs.
