Overview
Reporting to the Customer Service and Transportation Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and maintain all service-related needs and issues for customers. Liaise with Sales or other departments as pertaining to customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily customer orders, forecasts, and order acknowledgements accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer profiles, item masters, item lists, labels, and packaging information.
- Complete and submit workflow and item master forms for new, revised, or obsolete items and packaging.
- Coordinate and track artwork and graphics projects, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
- Analyze transition items and initiate inventory adjustments for obsolete finished goods and components.
