Planning & Development (Conceptual Stage)

• Assist in preparing proposed development reports , market surveys, and preliminary feasibility studies to support management decision-making.

• Formulate design and marketing concepts in coordination with internal departments and external consultants.

• Scrutinize all consultant drawings to ensure they accurately reflect planning concepts for accurate cost estimation.

• Obtain and analyze quotations/tenders and assist in drafting Letters of Award (LOA) during the schematic design phase.

Authority Liaison & Land Matters

• Primary Point of Contact: Coordinate and obtain approvals from all relevant local authorities, from initial Planning Permission (KM) to the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) .
