Join our dynamic Estates team as a Planning and Development Manager , where you'll play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects across the waste, minerals, renewable energy, and sustainability industry. Reporting into the Head of Estates, we are now seeking a highly driven and experienced Planning and Development Manager who will help identify development opportunities, secure planning consents and manage early-stage projects that drive value and support business growth. Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors, you'll also be involved in securing legal agreements, developing scheme designs, and leading planning and regulatory submissions.
