Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is a major international company currently seeking a Planning Engineer with a background in large heavy industry projects to be based in their Doha office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Senior Planning Engineer in the planning, monitoring, and control of the project schedule and progress performance across major projects

  • Ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, project objectives, and company standards

  • Preparing and analysing project schedules and progress reports

  • Ensuring accurate tracking of project performance and supporting informed decision-making

  • Promoting & adhering to the company’s health & safety, environmental, energy, and quality management systems and standards

    • PROFILE

  • Degree qualification in an Engineering subject and a relevant Professional Certification

  • At least 7 years’ experience in planning, with at least 3-5 years in major projects, ideally within the heavy industry sector

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Due to visa restrictions, our client can only consider candidates who are Western nationals
