Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or relevant degree, with a civil engineering background and at least ten years of experience in design and construction programming/planning of similar projects.

- Develop the Project execution plan considering proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences.
- Set targets for activities based on each project activity and ensure it meets specifications and requirements.
- Estimate timescales and costs using specialized software packages (Primavera).
