We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer for our Fabrication Facility in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and coordination within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on optimizing fabrication processes and ensuring timely project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for fabrication processes.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Analyze production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with fabrication projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline fabrication processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in planning or project management within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, latest version).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
