Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes.
  • Prepare baseline, master, and detailed schedules for tender and project execution.
  • Analyse critical paths, schedule risks, and recovery strategies.
  • Monitor progress and prepare programme updates and reports.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams to align planning with site execution.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant planning experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and resource planning.
