Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and optimization of structural and infrastructural works for the project.
• Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and design details to ensure technical adequacy and compliance.
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring progress aligns with quality, safety, and budget targets.
• Identify and resolve potential delays, risks, or bottlenecks, preparing recovery and mitigation action plans where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, documentation, and site activity records.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective workflow and timely project delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (S.H.E) policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior and/or management.
