Designation – Engineer/ Sr. Engineer
Department - Planning (Heavy Fabrication)
Key Responsibilities/Skill
- Prepare detailed production plans and schedules for heavy fabrication components and assemblies.
- Study drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material requirements and fabrication sequences.
- He must possess good knowledge of different kinds of materials.
- Knowledge of Fabrication Process, guidelines, Procedures & WPS and their application.
- Knowledge of facilities & capacities available in-house and with vendor.
- Knowledge of welding guidelines
- Knowledge of machining allowance
- Pre-planning of fabrication components Drawing, Coordinate with design, procurement, machining, and quality teams to ensure timely execution.
- Load balancing-Plan and allocate resources (machines, manpower, jigs & fixtures) to meet project timelines.
