Agreed SLA (e.g., 7 days) without justification
Material Shortage Incidents impacting plan: ≤ target per month
Rejection/NC Handling TAT: Within 24 hours for disposition
Master Data Accuracy (BOM/Routing): ≥ 98%
Tools & Systems (Preferred)
ERP/MRP: SAP/Microsoft Dynamics/Tally Prime (MFG), or equivalent
Productivity: MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Project (or equivalent), Power Point
Working Conditions
Shift: Rotational shifts as per production calendar
Leave/Attendance: As per company policy
Travel: Minimal (vendor/subcontractor visits as required)

Engineer – PPC → Senior Engineer – PPC → PPC Lead/Executive → Assistant Manager PPC → PPC Manager/Operations Planning
