**What You’ll Do**
+ Support the operations team to execute according the shop needs.
+ Actively participate on developing new plans for upcoming of possible scenarios, mitigate risks and increase productivity.
+ Provide consistent and timely reporting on shop key metrics.
+ Participate on EHS and Quality (concern reporting, investigation, and resolutions, etc.)
+ Oversee the logging/vouchering of production hours through vouchering system.
+ Complete/produce shipping documentation.
**Who We’re Looking For**
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or similar).
+ Good command of MS Office Skills,specificallyExcel
+ Intermediate - Advanced English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
+ Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.
+ Good interpersonal & communication skills
+ Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change
+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
