Job Description
A well established manufacturing client who supply into the Automotive sector have a fantastic opportunity for a Planning & Logistics Coordinator to join their team due to expansion. The role is on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties :-
* Customer Liasion - acting as a central point of contact, responsible for key automotive customers, internal operations and suppliers to meet customer demand requirements efficiently, handling everything from procurement to final delivery.
* Order Management - processing customer orders/schedules and coordinate the order-to-delivery (OTD) process from inception to completion.
* Production Planning - analysing customer schedules and working to operational targets.
* Performance / Supplier Monitoring - monitoring KPIs like (OTIF) performance and customer satisfaction, actively challenging poor service from suppliers when necessary.
* Forecasting - work with customers to accurately forecast on-go...
