Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare detailed project schedules using MS Project (MSP) covering all phases of residential construction.
• Develop baseline schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Track project progress on a regular basis and update schedules with actuals.
• Identify delays, critical paths, and slippages; recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Project Monitoring & Control

• Monitor productivity, progress, and resource utilization against approved plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Support cost control through variance analysis and forecasting.

Quantity Survey & Reconciliation

• Carry out quantity take-offs and verify BOQs for upcoming works.
