What you’ll do

• Responsible from plan and optimize of regional radio network with the smart network strategies for the best network experience
• To implement alternative coverage and capacity solutions for both In building and outdoor locations so as to minimize the investment while maximizing the impact on the network’s performance
• Perform 2G/3G/4G site planning and optimization using related tools (5G is a plus)
• Capacity and congestion management and dimensioning
• Parameters settings and analysis of RAN KPI’s
• Knowledge of Huawei equipments, features and parameters
• Thorough knowledge on antennas structure, propagation and link budget
• Provide support to foss teams • Ensure the response of customer complaints with time concern

Who you are

• Graduated from Electronics/Communication/Electrical engineering departments of well known Universities
• 4+ years of mobile technology experience • Will settle and work in Malatya City.
• Good command of English • Should have significant knowledge of RF Planning and Optimization tools: Atoll, Mapinfo, Tems, Actix, M2000, Discovery, Netperform.
• Perfect communications and analytical skills
• MS office applications
• Has to have Driving License in B Class • Goal oriented
