The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate planning lawyer to join our friendly, supportive and ambitious team.

• Experience of Section 106 agreements, highways and other statutory agreements.
• Advising on planning, highways and associated law.
• Due diligence for property and corporate transactions.
• Contentious planning work, such as Planning Inquiries/hearings and Court challenges / Judicial Reviews.
• Experience on large regeneration schemes is desirable.
