Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

  • Plan and schedule all trades and service providers for non-process infrastructure activities across their site in Alberta.
  • Develop and maintain a CMMS-based preventive maintenance program.
  • Manage ongoing corrective maintenance and small project work scopes.
  • Prepare complete work packages, including job plans, materials, parts, tooling, required trades, documentation, and cost estimates.
  • Create and distribute service requests, work orders, PMs, and purchase requisitions.

Infrastructure Oversight

Support planning and scheduling for:

  • Site road networks and well pad access
  • Non-process buildings and facilities
  • Aerodrome operations
  • Waste, pest control, potable water, and wastewater treatment
  • Fire protection systems, ensuring alignment with fire codes and regulatory requirements
