Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Planning and Accommodation, the Planning Student supports the Planning and Assessment team in the review of development-related applications and School Board planning activities. The role responsible for leading the digitization and cataloging of development application and school historical records in accordance with established protocols, as well as assisting with the conversion and georeferencing of school floorplan CAD files into ArcGIS Pro to support planning analysis. Additional responsibilities include providing general customer service by responding to inquiries, communicating progress and outcomes of assigned projects through formal presentations to senior leadership, and performing other duties as assigned.
