Planning Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Planning Superintendent to lead maintenance planning across our terminal operations.

This is a critical leadership role requiring strong technical planning capability, operational awareness, and the ability to build resilient systems that perform in highly dynamic, safety-critical environments.

The Role

The Planning Superintendent is responsible for short-term and long-term maintenance planning across key terminal assets, including Quay Cranes, Automated Stacking Cranes, and Shuttle equipment. This role is supported by scheduler and technical superintendents. The role works closely with Operations, Engineering, Stores and Maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of work in an environment where priorities can change rapidly due to vessel movements and customer demands.
