Job Description Position: Plant Controller Position Reports to: Director Finance – Global Operations Region: EMEA Location: Madrid, Spain (Plant) EMEA Position Overview The Plant Controller is part of the plant leadership team, providing financial guidance and taking charge of management and financial reporting, as well as business planning in line with company policies. This role directs the plant team on financial matters and offers recommendations for improving site performance. Responsibilities (not limited to) Manage manufacturing accounting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to accurately reflect plant performance. Skilled in manufacturing ERP (MS Dynamics 365), maintaining data accuracy at every stage, and overseeing system upgrades. Assist with year-end audits, both external and internal.
