Job Description

Purpose:

You will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of production controlling at our Luckenwalde site. You will support the departments in financial matters and contribute your expertise to both the commissioning and ongoing operation of our production facility.


Responsibilities:

  • Further develop production controlling in SAP to enhance efficiency and transparency

  • Act as a business partner to production, analyzing manufacturing costs, variances, and KPIs, and deriving concrete actions from these analyses

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, as well as monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring a reliable cost accounting system

  • Collaborate with management and departments within the plant on cross-functional improvement projects

  • Work closely with the Head of Finance to contribute to the strategic management of the plant

    • Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or a comparable qualification

  • Experience in controlling or a finance-related area within a manufacturing company

  • Good knowledge of SAP (CO/FI); experience with PP/MM is an advantage

  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in developing controlling processes further

  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
