Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee plant-level financial operations and serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong manufacturing accounting experience who enjoys being embedded in operations and driving financial performance.
What You’ll Do
+ Own all plant-level accounting and financial reporting activities
+ Lead monthly close, financial statements, and variance analysis
+ Manage standard costing, inventory accounting, and cost of goods sold
+ Develop and monitor plant budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
+ Partner closely with Plant Manager and operations leaders to improve margins and efficiency
