- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Plant Controller role in a multinational company
- Familiar with Maquiladora scheme organization in Mexico
- Strong attention to details and analytic skills, ability to work with high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent ability to synthetize the details into the “global picture”.
- Proven problem-solving skills, hands-on, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
