Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Plant Controller.
**What you’ll do**:
**Job summary**
A. Supervises assigned accounting activities for plant in accordance with corporate and division policies and procedures. Oversees and is an actively involved in general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting and planning functions.
B. Performs specialized analyses to support complex business decisions by plant management.
C. Responsible for SOX compliance. Also, directly accountable for all aspects of Swiss & US Co. reporting. Expected to actively coach and assist all dotted line (indirect) reports.
D. Participates as a key member of plant manager’s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.
