**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Manage all FP&A, controlling, reporting, and accounting operations of the factory.
- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site.
- Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions.
- Manage and Guide monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting process of financial statements.
- Manage and drive product Costing: strategic product costs planning, long term product costs roadmap, budgets, EVAs...
