Plant Controller

Melt Group is currently recruiting a Plant Controller for an industrial company with a production site located near Valencia . Part of an international group, this position will play a key role in overseeing the site’s financial performance, working closely with operational teams to improve visibility, control and decision‑making across the plant. We're looking for a profile with strong financial expertise, solid knowledge of industrial environments, and the ability to lead and develop a local team.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as the finance lead at plant level, managing full P&L, closings, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cost performance and provide insight on profitability by product line and process.
