Plant Controller

Emerge is recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Plant Controller job in Whitehall on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturer of quality products. Our client offers a base pay rate of $130k-$135k per year plus 10% Bonus and excellent benefits starting on day one, growth opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference through accuracy, service, and process improvements.

This role partners closely with the Senior Plant Controller and leadership team to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making at the Hampton IGT facility. The position helps ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and data-driven insights to improve operational and financial results.
